In 1976, Martha Ruf founded her company "Martha Ruf Immobilientreuhand" and trained her first apprentice in the same year. More than 10 years later, she converted the sole proprietorship into a joint stock company. Daniel Capelli, who had already accompanied his great-aunt to property inspections as a young boy, joined the family business in 1988 and, after completing his commercial apprenticeship, earned several state and federal qualifications. Stefan Capelli has also been working in the family business since 1999. In 2000, Martha Ruf gradually reduced her workload due to her age and continued to act as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors until 2004, when she passed away.

The original basic ideas of honesty, trust, expertise and the highest quality for our customers have been taken over from Martha Ruf and even after 45 years they continue to flow into each of our customer contacts.
